ABOUT 214 THOUSAND CANDIDATES MIGHT NOT SEE THEIR 2017 WAEC RESULTS
The West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) following the release of the 2017 West African Senior School Examinations (WASSCE) today, announced that the result of about 214,952 ( two hundred and fourteen thousand,nine hundred and fifty-two ) candidates are being withheld due to their connection with diverse cases of examination malpractice.
According to WAEC official twitter account:

Another statictics diplayed by the council has it that
923,486 candidates representing 59.22 per cent obtained a minimum of credits in five subjects and above including English Language and Mathematics.
The percentage of candidates who attained this feat in 2014, 2015 and 2016 diets were 31.28 per cent, 38.68 per cent and 52.97 per cent respectively.
